   Food was outstanding like it always is and the service is impeccable. They don't miss a beat. We had lobster tails, lamb chops and steak. They even had green whipped cream with St. Paddys Day coming up!! Highly recommend!!

   Absolutely amazing experience at Franks. Our server Eric was outstanding. The owner chatted with us and was so sweet. The food was excellent. Starters and mains. Skirt steak was unreal. Not one complaint from start to finish. Great experience and vibes!

   When dining for a special occasion Franks is the place to enjoy. The food selections wait staff ambiance and the management really know how to make you feel like a million bucks . We’ve been going for years and have never been disappointed . There are no comparisons on the south shore of Nassau county .

   Absolute disaster. Made a reservations 3 weeks in advance knowing it was for Valentine's Day and it was a Friday night. Showed up for our 8:30 reservation at 8:15 and there is a backlog of people out to the front door. Make our way to check in and was given no information about wait time or anything else for that matter. Then realize there are people around us who had 7:30 reservations who have not yet been seated. My wife approached the 'check in person' twice to enquire about what was happening. The first time the response was "I have no idea" which was in no way helpful. The 2nd time the person tried to re-add us to some random list at the bottom, even though we had been there for 45 minutes waiting for a past-due seating. There 'list' was just peoples names written down completely haphazardly on a yellow note pad. There was no organization to it in the least. This entire time we are stuffed into an entryway that is freezing cold due to the door constantly being opened. The restaurant offered up no information to anyone. They made no effort to inform us of what was happening or why they were so backed up. They made no effort to make those waiting even remotely more comfortable. Finally, at 9:30pm we gave up and left. We waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seated for a reservation we had made WEEKS in advance and was never seated. We have. been going to Franks's for years but we will never be back. Not only did you create a very unsafe environment with the number of people squeezed into the entryway you absolutely ruined a Valentines Day evening that should have been great for my wife and myself.

   This is by far the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. On Valentines Day the restaurant somehow managed to severely overbook and took an hour and a half to seat us after I made a reservation three weeks in advance. People who came far after us got seated due to knowing staff. Then we finally get to sit down and the staff completely forgets our order and once they overhear we are unhappy everyone who came in after us has been served AND left before we got our food, they stopped coming to our section. It took us another hour just to get two steaks. Used to love this place but clearly is a disorganized mess now do not recommend for the price.

   Third time dining at this restaurant.honestly my wife and I one of our favorite restaurants to eat. Came here for our anniversary last year. Will definitely be back.
