Always good food and good service. All our meals were very fresh and great tasting. Joe, our server did not rush us and we had a great visit with friends and lots of wine. A lovely evening.

Our waiter was amazing he asked the chef to prepare two of our favorite meals that were not currently on the menu and tolerated our lengthy stay… the food was delicious!

We had to go to the bar twice to get drinks. It took over 20 min for waiter to come to our table for the first time. Our food arrived and three of the dishes were lukewarm warm at best. Definitely a disappointment after going there many times.

We have dined here before and this time, it was packed (it was a Saturday night at like 6:30pm)! There was little to no room between tables which meant servers and busboys bumping your chair every 2 minutes. It was so loud we could barely hear our server and she couldn’t hear us! I’m happy that they were busy, but removing a few tables to allow walking room for staff would make the experience much better! We will be back, but probably not soon…

The wife and I have been taking the family to Francesca since West Dundee location for 25 years. We have been going to Francesca‘s several times a year since. Sorry to say that this will be our last visit to Francesca‘s. You have officially overpriced your food and drinks and made the proportions smaller to the point where it’s ridiculous and not worth it.
