   I have been going to this Flemings location for many, many years. I always have a great meal. I hadn't been in a while and was so pleased by the remodeling and new look - modern, clean, and tastefully appointed - perfect for a modern-day steakhouse. A word about the service: fantastic! Our server, Gerri, was sensational, as were the hostess and manager, who were attentive to every need we had. My wife and I were there with my long paralegal, celebrating 28 years of a wonderful relationship, and the staff sensed our every need and accommodated us. We will be back more often. And, oh yes, the prime ribeye was excellent and cooked to medium-rare perfection. What a great meal!

   My granddaughter ordered a filet, well ,but it came served like charcoal .not eatable.. very disappointed The other meals were good.. the chef has eyes he never should have sent it out like he cooked it I was really shocked when I saw it on the plate

   It was good. Dry aged ribeye was good. Brussels sprouts were delicious. Mezcal margaritas were great. Just didn’t get the wow experience .

   We went on Valentine’s day which we understand would be busy but people that came before us were leaving. With our server it took us 3 hours. He forgot about us and the managers did not ask us about our experience. It was exhausting being there for 3 hours. We will never go back.

   Not sure what’s going on, but the food was not up to the normal Fleming’s quality. Their new bread is embarrassingly mediocre for them, flavorless and boring. Their new bread baked potato was cold. Their soda machine was inoperative so my husband who does not drink alcohol had to get a cranberry with soda water and was charged the bar price for 2 of them. We were also relegated to the overflow room which was freezing after waiting for 20 minutes after showing up on time. While the service was great, That side room left us feeling insignificant…I would do something to that side room to make it inviting, perhaps add a fireplace or booths. Not sure what’s going on, perhaps cost cutting with the bread, equipment and staff. I hope it was a one off, because they really had a good thing going.

    The food was delicious, however the server we had was by far the worst service I ever experienced in a fine dining restaurant. We had to call her to our table about 5 times that I counted to remind her of my drink, to take our food order, the garnish on my drink were missing, napkins, and finally my check! I was so disappointed because it was Valentine’s Day and I wanted to create a special and beautiful experience with my love. I’ve been to the best steak restaurants in L.A and the service here really left me in shock! and I’m only referring to my server.
