   We enjoyed our meal. Dakota was taking care of our table and she was excellent and was extremely attentive to our family and truly made our dining experience memorable. She is an asset to Fleming’s Steakhouse.

   The Environment was beautiful & the lighting was low to set the mood just right. The food options were great and very tasty. The wine options were great and paired with our steak & sides perfectly.

   We have visited Fleming's in the past and have been very happy. We would have had an excellent experience if the steaks weren't completely subpar. Out of the $400 bill, the only items worth eating were the mashed potatoes and the incredibly well executed pork belly appetizer. My wife had a filet Oscar (blue) and I ordered a dry aged ribeye (medium). My first steak was reluctantly sent back after being scorched on the outside and well done on the temperature. 2nd steak was slightly better temp, but both our steaks were still heavily burned on the exterior and then salted beyond an edible level. At one point, I mentioned to my wife that we could have saved 75% going to Outback. The chef needs to turn down the temperature and be more patient. The restaurant was not packed by any means, so there was no excuse for the quality. My wife's filet was not any better with the saddest asparagus I have ever seen at a high end restaurant (small, brown, and limp). I paid the bill without making a scene, but walked out with my head low. Drove home thinking of what was already in my refrigerator so I could have something worth eating for the evening. Service was excellent. Beginning drinks were excellent and the conversation with the bartender was engaging. Our captain was busy, but still checked in properly. He was sure to re-fire my ribeye and made sure I was happy with the 2nd. We cut open the middle to ensure temperature. Unfortunately, after a few bites all I could taste was salt and my wife's filet was the same. Decided to enjoy the potatoes and shut up as too many cows were sacrificed in vain already. We are both really hoping this was an off night for the kitchen and not the new standard for the entire restaurant.

   The best ceasar salad I have ever had the pleasure to eat. The filet was cooked to perfection, and the whipped cheddar and brie flavored butters which accompanied the bread basket was so good we requested more and put the cheesy butters on our meat. Thank you Flemings!
