   Our dinner at Fleming's Steakhouse was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere - rich wood paneling, soft lighting, and an elegantly appointed dining room that exudes sophistication without feeling stuffy. The attentive staff welcomed us graciously, setting the tone for the impeccable service we enjoyed throughout our meal. The menu reveals a mouthwatering selection of prime cuts of beef, chops, and seafood, along with tempting appetizers, fresh salads, and decadent sides. Our knowledgeable server/bartender Eileen was happy to offer recommendations and answered any questions we had about the menu & the impressive wine list. Once our order arrived, it was artfully presented and cooked to perfection, it's clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft. Each bite is a revelation, from the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the filet mignon to the delicate, buttery flavor of the lobster tail. Sumptuous sides like the Flemings potatoes & asparagus complement the main course beautifully. The entire meal was paced leisurely, allowing us to savor each course without feeling rushed. Cory the Managing Partner, stopped by our table and was very hospitable. We shared many stories & laughs with him, which rounded off our overall exceptional experience.    Our Server was overworked having to do double duty at the bar. Holidays should dictate extra help. And- serving the men and having the women wait is sad (especially since women ordered salads).

   For a chain, always good food, all the time they’ve got it dialed in no matter when you go day or night. 6 different meals everyone enjoyed. Great for taking people you care about.

   Some things were excellent. Some things were disappointing. The staff, especially our server Erica, were amazing - friendly, professional & helpful. The Caesar salad was excellent. Sides of mushrooms and baked potato were well-executed. The Tomahawk Ribeye was indeed huge but the meat quality was definitely not “Prime.” In fact, it was dry, grisly & not even “Choice” grade. Although we ordered rare/medium, it came to the table red & barely cooked. We had to send it back to the kitchen twice. Desserts were tasty but the lava in the “Lava Cake” did not flow. We were late evening diners so perhaps that affected the food quality. Although economical, there are many other Las Vegas steakhouses to choose from!

   We’ve always seen Flemings cause we’re always at Town Square but never tried it before tonight. A family member decided to eat here for their birthday. Unfortunately, the night started off with bad traffic causing us to be 15 min late. I called ahead to let them know and the staff was very accommodating. That being said, the rodeo was also in town this week so the place was packed for a Tuesday night. The food took a long time to come out because of all this. We didn’t complain or anything because we understood the situation. However, after an hour it was kinda getting ridiculous. Our server (I wish I got her name) was super friendly throughout the whole ordeal and was apologetic about the situation. Our tomahawk steaks were cooked perfectly. However, we did have to send one of our family member’s steaks back because it was not cooked correctly. I was ready not to give this place another chance however our server saved the day with her customer service. Overall, would give this place 4/5 stars.

   Great experience as usual. Came for tomahawk Tuesday and wasn’t disappointed. This is a well run Fleming’s. Much better than the one in Scottsdale.
