   The whole experience was super disappointing. I understand that it was Thanksgiving and very busy but waiting for an hour with reservations for our table was not ok. One hostess after asking her a question gave me a bad answer. The food was good, and service was great but slow, asked for cocktail never got it. asked for a special side dish which was also late, I was almost finished with my dinner. We did wait for dessert, it was getting so late in the evening, so we just went home.

   Our first time dining out for thanksgiving night.. we come here on a regular day.. but last night nov 28, 2024 was not the best experience.. tthe reservations was unorganized.. our reservations was 7:15pm.. we checked in around 6:55.. we waited over an hour to be seated… 8:05 pm when we finally get seated. Then waited for 10 to 15 mins for the waitress to get our order.. then we waited for another hour fir our food.. we realized they will never serve as sooner until my husband talking to them why we have not have at least our salad and soup.. they didnt ecen serve us the ice tea my friend order… after my husband told them why we dont have our food yet. Then they brought us our main dish without our salad, soup and drinks… that was a terrible mistakes to eat in a restaurant for thanksgiving…our original food service necer showed up.. hopefully this wont happen in the next holidays..btw the lobster bisque was terrible and thick, it doesnt taste like a lobster bisque.. but the rib eye steak was good..

   Our reservation was at 6:30 didn’t get seated until a hour after. The server we had slipped out a racial remark my bf was not amused by. I ordered turkey and wanted the combination of white and dark meat so I asked for combination and she replied you want white and black and she snapped about what she said. Long story short my bf is black so we both looked at each other and laughed. She did apologize but could not look at us anymore and took her forever to come back to table. The food had no taste to it, the turkey was dry the mashed potatoes and green beans had no taste at all. The food should have been comped. As expensive and beautiful as the restaurant is we will never go back.

   We make a reservation for thanksgiving at 6:00pm we even arrive like 15 minutes earlier. We sit down after 1 hour of standing waiting for our table. The turkey was dry and bland. The prime rib was excellent. They overbooked this place and did a very bad job trying to manage it. Every time someone ask how long is the waiting time they will tell you. “20 minutes” it was an hour. They should have been better prepared to handle the crowds.

   In one word Wow! Went for the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Probably the best turkey we’ve ever had. The dressing was “so so” but overall it was a very pleasant experience. We definitely did not leave hungry.

   We arrived 15 minutes before our reserved time, waited at the bar until they had our table ready. The service was amazing. Our food server was great. The manager on duty she was such a caring and professional woman. The food was good!

   Kate was a horrible server, she insulted us when me and my boyfriend were ordering anniversary dinner. Asked us if we are sharing the steak when he was trying to order a steak. Proceeded to ignore us the entire night, came to our table once to fill water and I deliberately watched her walk to all her other tables and acknowledged them. Had to grab her attention to ask for a to go box and the check. Kate was not welcoming and as we were ordering and asking questions she seemed invasive and rude. We felt rushed to order especially when we were ordering a drink. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve experienced at flemings. Next time I’ll drive farther to the summerlin location for better service and better food. Another server mistakenly thought my boyfriend was a female and said “hey ladies”, I understand it was a mistake and the gentleman did apologize but that could’ve been avoided had the server look up at us before placing bread and pumpkin puree on the table. The food runner that brought us our food was very nice and very respectful, even wished us a happy anniversary. Despite Ms. Kate H, food was ok, my prime New York strip steak was salty, which was very surprising. The lobster Mac and cheese had bits of lobster, more cheese than anything, the creamed spinach was phenomenal and the dr loosen wine was great! Probably my favorite part of the experience. The wine! Wow $240 and I’m not even thrilled of this restaurant anymore!

    Great service from Emma, as usual….always something New on the menu and a good variety. We come here every month. We are never rushed And we have a nice enjoyable lunch.
