   I’ve been to 4 other flemings and I’ve always had great time and always thought it was an underrated upscale steakhouse. However, this location was by far the worst. Bad service, bad ambiance. We were set near the kitchen, no one came over to our table for at least 15 minutes maybe more honestly. Eventually we stopped the hostess walking by and let them know about the situation. The manager came over and apologized and ensured us that the rest of the night will go smoothly and he also offered to take care of our desserts to make it up to us. Though it was a kind gesture not much changed after, food took fairly long time to come out, we had to track someone down again for our desserts because it was taking longer than the food. Also they only took off one of the two desserts off the bill. Food was cooked well, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Definitely not coming back to this location.

   Everything was great as it normally is. We are always treated as family in this upscale restaurant. Christian, the sous chef, when he found out we were going to be there tonight he knew my wife loves lamb chops, which aren’t on the menu normally, and he ordered them so he could prepare them for her. That’s family! Cannot say more about the entire staff. We dine there frequently for exactly that reason. In addition the service staff is exceptional. If something isn’t right they fix it pronto. Can’t ask for more.

   Food and service good. I get maximizing space but was to close to other people dining. Drive nks were lacking.

   ALWAYS a five-star experience here for us. This has been our special occasion place for years. We were celebrating two grandsons and their accomplishments last night. When we arrived there was a handwritten card signed by the management congratulating them. Then our waiter Daniel was amazing, gave us great service and made it such a fun experience. We had a comfortable booth without a table super close to us so we felt like we had privacy and could laugh as loud as we wanted to! The food is always top notch. Last night I did the tasting menu and it was incredible. Fleming's always makes us feel special. This place definitely is five star - every time!

   We really wanted to like the food. The seared pork appetizer was average. The Caesar salad was average. The tomahawk steak was a bit of a let down. We had a shrimp and a lobster add-on which were both over cooked. The highlights of the night were the margaritas and the chocolate lava cake.

   Fleming's is not a weekly venture but a few times a year. Every time is met with excellence. We always have great service and food. The staff is exceptional, ask for Kyle.

   Always a Great meal! Been going to this location for our Anniversary Dinners. Nice to go for Special Occasions as they do have a ‘attention to detail’. Our server Anthony was great!

    We loved our experience. Our server Steve made it even better. We’ve tried a lot of different steakhouses around the valley and can’t believe we waited so long to go here. By far our new favorite. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. They even went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. Can’t wait to go back and celebrate all big moments here.
