   I always love coming to Flemings. Such a pleasant dining experience starting at the receptionist desk. The food is always good, scenery is great and it’s just an all around great experience.

   The ambiance was very nice. The music was good at a decent volume. The service was great as soon as we sat our server came. Her name is Victorian she’s great. The bread 👏🏽👏🏽 very nice spreads. The calamari best I’ve had ever. The steak was cooked to perfection we got a medium tomahawk. Lobster Mac 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. The mash potatoes fluffy. For dessert I’d recommend the Lava Cake w the Ice cream.

   We were greeted by the front reception with “Who’s birthday is it?”, meaning that they read my comments on the reservation. Then they sat us in the room overlooking the city skyline, which was another request. The table was decorated with birthday decorations and a card from the staff. Super festive! We were then greeted by our server, Carlos, who was spectacular the entire evening - including giving our birthday girl special attention from the start. Regarding the food: where do I start? Drink orders were taken promptly and the drinks were delicious as they were experiential. I had a smoked old fashioned, which was one of the best I’ve had. Our appetizers were amazing. Oysters were buttery smooth with a delicious finish. The burrata was perfectly creamy and served with arugula, grilled grape tomatoes, and cristidi toasts. Some of us had the lobster bisque that was devoured in minutes. The pinnacle of our appetizer experience was the wagyu beef which came slightly less than medium temperature and sliced. Each order came with a 600 degree stone to “finish” each slice to everyone’s preference. The meat was perfectly marbled and complimented with sides of black salt, horseradish, and soy sauce. What a treat!!! I could go on about the rest of our meal and desserts with compliments galore. But it’s late and I’m tired and I don’t want to ruin any surprises! What I will say is this: if you are looking to get pampered for an evening by supper attentive service and delicious food - without anyone rushing you out the door - try this place! Carlos was wonderful, but so was everyone else who attended to us, including one of the managers, Giovanni. What a great treat our entire night was!

   From the moment we sat down at our table, the attention to detail was superb. We were celebrating my husband and daughter in law’s birthday. The table was decorated with birthday confetti as well as a personalized cards for both of them, which was a beautiful surprise to all of us. The ambience of the restaurant overlooking New York was priceless as was the service provided by our waiter, Alberto. Steaks were on point and delicious as were the sides and salads. The Lava Cake was a great ending to a perfect culinary experience. We have frequented many Steak restaurants throughout the years, from Peter Luger’s, Wolfgang in NYC, Capital Grille, Rails to name a few and Flemington’s did not disappoint. Thank you to Alberto and all the staff for such a memorable night. We will be back.

   Celebrated my mom and sister’s birthday last night and we had the pleasure of being served by Michael. He was the absolute best! He was extremely attentive and had great recommendations for drinks. Love coming here for dinner. The Béarnaise sauce with the rib eye steak was amazing!!!!! The strawberry fields cocktail was delicious.

   My husband and I dined at Fleming's today in celebration of his birthday, and we were highly satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Chris, the manager, and Janet, our server. The quality of the service, food, and beverages, and the meticulous attention to detail, surpassed our expectations. While we had a less positive experience last December, this visit demonstrated a significant improvement. I recommend the Wagyu beef appetizer and the lobster tail entrée.

   The restaurant was very beautiful. We had an amazing server. His name was Sergio. My Husband got a cute birthday card with everyone’s signature on it. We loved every second of it thank you Flemmings for the amazing first time visit.

    Flemings in Edgewater was excellent across the board - food, service, atmosphere/views!! We celebrated my wife’s 60th B-day and I felt we were very well taken care of😊.
