"We" both ordered the exact same steak, cooked the same way, medium . One of the steaks came as ordered, mine when i cut into it was so rare it was cool in the center, the waitress and the manager who were near by never came to the table to ask how are food was and if we needed anything. I didn't eat my steak someone boxed if for me (i didn't want it) and when i spoke with the waitress about it, she went to the manager and he told her to give me a dessert on the house, which I declined. Since we both live across the street from Flemmings we are in there a lot. This is not the first time orders get mixed up.

My favorite Restaurant. The steaks are always prepared perfectly and served as requested. The Flemings potatoes are the best with cheese and a little heat. Waiter was attentive, helpful and friendly. From coat check/greeting and bar service, everything was great.

Our first time here. Let me start off by saying. Thank you to all the staff for working on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately our experience was mediocre/poor. I assume the kitchen was having issues. Everyone at our table ordered turkey. Let me add. The menu was fixed. Not sure why there would be a hold up with food. Servers were lined up waiting for food to come out. We waited a minimum of 40 minutes for our food to come out. Our server checked in on us 1 time during the 40 minutes. I had to go find him to order a cocktail. Our turkey was very dry and lukewarm. It seemed like it was thrown in a microwave for a minute. Which I found odd, considering we waited so long. Mashed potatoes and green beans were good. This was our experience.

Of the table of five only three received steaks as ordered Two were overcooked One person decided to accept their steak as cooked One person sent theirs back When their steak arrived it was raw Sent back again and this time it was cooked correctly By the time it arrived everyone was finished The manager showed little interest His solution was to take the charge for the potato off the bill We won’t be returning

Excellent Dinner. Server was perfect. Patient. Didn't rush us at all. Checked in to ensure our meal was to our liking several times....just enough. A great experiance!
