At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno.     Delicious mains. We go the lamb and short rib. Both were incredible. Everything is made or finished in a clay oven. Pizza’s were good too. Dishes are a nice size. One pizza, as an app, and two mains was more than enough food for two hungry people.

    Great meal, unique taco offerings. I had the lobster tacos and loved them. Friend had the suckling pig and enjoyed as well. We also enjoyed the QUESO FUNDIDO as well and the margaritas were delicious. Would recommend and return. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful because we had theater reservations.

    The ambiance at Serafina was just as great as the food! We make sure to always visit a Serafina restaurant on our trips to NYC and we haven’t been disappointed yet. The drinks, appetizers, and entrees were delicious. The staff was very friendly.

    Dinner was amazing! First - hostess was very pleasant and attentive to all customers coming in the door. Reservation was for 6:15 and we were seated at 6pm. Owners / servers were so busy yet so attentive! Visiting daughter/partner from Colorado so first time for us but not them. Lobster fettuccine was great! Chicken vodka pizza and spaghetti and meatballs were awesome. Loved all the appetizers and finished with Tiramisu and espresso martini. Bartender made it perfect. Thank you for a great dinner experience!!
