- NNataliaVIPGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHostesses were not pleasant and not accommodating at all when we got there early and did not show any effort in trying to find us a table. Not exactly what I call customer service. With that being said, we have been there 3 times within the last 2 months because of the lively atmosphere, great Italian food and amazing cocktails and bar staff.More infoPrimaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Charlestown•4.8

Make a reservation on the weekends and still be prepared to wait a few minutes due to its popularity!More infoFioritaly TrattoriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Medford•4.8

- RreggimentalGreater Boston •17 reviews4.0Dined on 1 July 2024While we realize that this is a new venture after Covid, Chopps used to be much better. Gone are the servers who brought you coffee, tea and assorted beverages, making it a truly cafeteria style atmosphere. This may be what some people like but after the original Chopps, we were subjected to a less than stellar experience for brunch. The scrambled eggs were horrible. Coffee and tea are served in paper cups at a station. The omelet station was manned by one gentleman who was pleasant but really didn't know that you fold an omelet before presenting it. Fruits and waffles were good, as were the bacon, sausage and cereals. Hard to goof those things up. I don't believe we'll be going back to his version of Chopps unless we hear they have made some adjustments to their presentation.More infoChopps Italian Steakhouse & Bar at Boston Marriott BurlingtonPrice: Expensive• Italian• Burlington•4.1
