Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Starlight, IN

Our first visit here, we used the valet at embassy suites next to restaurant was very convenient. The food was on point , sea bass with hash, scallops with pea risotto, crab in butter appetizer , butter pie to die for with bourbon ice cream, service was great and highly recommend the table side smoked old fashion. Will return when in town.

Amazing Experience at Paeso – Top Tier! From the moment we arrived, everything about our visit to Paeso was exceptional. We were greeted immediately with no wait, and the greeter welcomed us warmly with a smile. Our server was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. As a vegan, I was concerned about limited options, but our server went above and beyond to find a solution. She was knowledgeable and accommodating, and when the menu only offered a salad, the kitchen stepped up and prepared a delicious custom vegan dish just for me. To top it off, they surprised my husband with a dairy-free birthday dessert that was thoughtful and absolutely delightful. His meal was equally amazing, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was seamless, from offering to-go boxes to making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we left very pleased with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Paeso to others and look forward to visiting again. A true gem!

Once again, Swizzle did not disappoint! Grade A+ all the way! We enjoyed fabulous drinks at the bar crafted by Trayvon, then dinner and dessert with David taking great care of our table! He’s a pro - and it shows! Menu-wise, highly recommend the 22oz bone-in ribeye (amazing!) and of course the tomahawk chop will always be at the table! I believe we ordered most of the sides which were delicious, as well! Thank you, David and Trayvon, for making our birthday celebration a perfect evening for our family!
