Birch is a gastronomical delight! An over all exceptional experience in tasting perfection, from one bite to another. With the only exception being that each course needed an encore bite, as each was so amazing that you were left wanting more. Our party cannot wait to return for another culinary delight once again, at Birch. We appreciated every moment of this experience with the entire staff giving us guidance and commentary about our selections and experiences. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to experience food in a unique way, and vegetables the way kids should be taught to enjoy them! Absolutely, amazing!

First of all I must compliment our server, Samantha L., she was delightful. She gave us the specials & also the history on the Harbor Burger. I must confess we are not big fans of seafood & since it was lunch time ordered the burgers—they were awesome along with the fries. We love looking out at the Lake Michigan.

Morel is my favorite restaurant; the ambiance is lovely, the waitstaff are the right amount of attentive wherein they check-in without interrupting guest conversation, and the food is always outstanding. I'm partial to their lamb papardelle entree.

Delicious food. Great service. We will be back. Server was very knowledgeable about wines as well. I’ve never been disappointed with Bavette.

Food was paced out well as we put more orders in. The Sangria is one of my favorites in Milwaukee. Staff was attentive and took good care of us. Another good night here.
