FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building.     Our waiter John was fabulous! The staff member(didn’t get his name) that prepared our cowboy ribeye was amazing! We really had a fun evening! The staff is super courteous without being overbearing! We never felt rushed like in some restaurants on a Saturday night! This is our go to for special occasions and the 2 birthdays celebrated were happy!

    Our experience was amazing, a small but cozy place with a great variety of Mediterranean cuisine starting with Greek spreads with their warm bread, grilled octopus, their special fried burrata was excellent, then one of the most popular dishes was grilled branzino , shrimp Santorini and lamb chops, I highly recommended this restaurant , services are on point.

    Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.
