- SsimNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe tasting menu is presented as a culinary journey, with each plate arriving like a carefully curated museum piece. While the technical execution is impressive and plating is Instagram-worthy, the portions leave much to be desired. At $800 for 2, this meal should have been transformative. The ambiance and service hit all the right notes for fine dining, the cumulative effect was overshadowed by a persistent hunger that had us contemplating a late-night burger run – not exactly what you'd expect after such a significant investment.More infoReveriePrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Georgetown•4.8
- AAlanNew Orleans / Louisiana •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWonderful service and food. Really love the ambiance and the quality. Only down side was the 5% charge added to the bill, notated as NOT a tip but a service charge due to increasing cost to run the business. As a business owner myself I would not charge a fee rather if you need more money just charge more for your items. We tip 20% minimum everywhere we go but to be charged an extra 5% on top of the bill seems strange. Some people will just leave when they see that. I guess I appreciate the honesty however considering the menus are printed daily at this restaurant they could just raise the prices and then no one would be aware or need to know about the extra "we're hurting and business is tough" charge. Again - I own businesses. I understand. It's been rough the past two years.More infoCentrolinaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Penn Quarter•4.6
- NNicoleVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •36 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis was a great experience. From the time we walked in until we left the staff were considerably, attentive, and extremely nice. The energy is inviting. The open kitchen was a nice addition to the experience filling the room with warmth. The menu was clearly designed with deep thought and intention. Would highly recommended.More infoThe DabneyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Shaw•4.7
- FFoodiWashington, D.C. Area •20 reviews5.0Dined on 16 Dec 2013Had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the chef make everything. Since we went on a Monday, wine was market price, so we enjoyed the salmon special and pork chop with a bottle of wine. Too bad they're closing the restaurant portion, because we would definitely go back. Looking forward to taking some cooking classes there though!More infoOpen KitchenPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Falls Church•4.2
