Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Fort Myers Beach

I have dined here many times. Tonight was extremely busy since it was Valentine's Day. t was unusual to have to wait for an entree or server but under the circumstances I can understand, Each meal is carefully prepared for the customers. and every table was full for my 7:30 reservation., ordered the Pasta with shrimp as a main course, and calamari to start. They were both excellent and well. seasoned. My wife ordered carpaccio as her appetizer that she enjoyed and the sea bass which the said was absolutely delicious. That came with a potato dish and lots of vegetables. The surprise ending was two chocolate covered strawberries that we both enjoyed. We enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine from their extensive wine list. This place is really a hidden gem that beats all the most well--kkniwn names in SW Florida in my opinion.

We weren’t sure what to expect as we’ve never been to a scratch kitchen restaurant before but wow what an experience. We ordered the arancini for our appetizer, chicken parm, crab and clam fettuccine, and the strawberries and cream for dessert. The brought a complimentary asparagus foam mousse to our table to kick things off as well. Literally every single dish was out of this world! It is a pricier spot for Cape Coral but so very worth it. Definitely the best dishes we’ve ever had in Cape. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is definitely an experience that we will be itching to have again.

Small location a little tricky to find The area has multiple restaurants to offer yet BLANC a dream place Service was wonderful ( Freddy you rocked it ) from the moment we arrived Decor is simple Open kitchen is a dream to watch The Food was generous absolutely delicious Presentation was immaculate On the negative, tables are close to one and other & the 35$ for cork fee is high !!

The branzino came to the table crispy-skinned with a roasted tomato and olive topping. The truffle risotto was creamy and buttery. The mushroom pappardelle was a blast of umami that did not skimp on the mushrooms.
