Great steaks if you’re looking for wood fired flavor. Get the chimichuri sauce on the side, it’s amazing! Brussels, mashed potatoes and beets were all incredible sides! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Asheville

Another excellent meal at Root and Bone! The fried chicken and a side of waffles were so delicious! My husband loved his ribeye and said it was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a wonderful summer squash appetizer which “tasted like fall” as well as the brownie skillet dessert! Amazing ambience, service and food! We will be back soon!

Waiter was beyond expectations, with recommendations on wine pairing, sauces on selections, and general menu options. Had charred octopus to start, Elk loin with suggested sauce and seared scallops as addition. Saulteed mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes as side. Would order again and again !!
