Great food & drinks, great service, fun ambiance. Loved the live music!

We had such a lovely anniversary dinner at Eddie V‘s. The service was impeccable. The food was very good although one of my steak medallions was overcooked, the music from the live band in the bar which we were hearing over the speakers was wonderful music. We really think we will go back and have dinner in the bar some evening and listen to the live music.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a contagious energy and charm that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Despite being incredibly busy, we were promptly seated and immediately felt right at home. It was refreshing to know we could enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Our server was a standout—friendly, knowledgeable, and always checking in to make sure everything was just right. I can’t recall a single instance where he passed us by without stopping to offer assistance or ensuring our meals met our expectations. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly enhanced our experience. Even the general and front-end manager joined in on the fun, sharing laughs and engaging with guests, which only added to the vibrant atmosphere. As for the food, it was a solid 8 out of 10—cooked well, good flavor. The drinks complemented our meals nicely, rounding out the experience nicely. Overall, we had a great time. I recommend giving this place a try!

We experienced a Valentine's Day dinner at AMBLI DTC. In short, amazing! Doug, the manager, was our server and I can't imagine how he could've made our visit better. From his knowledge of the drink/wine paring to the pace at which our courses were served, he was amazing. The others involved with bringing the food, keeping drinks/water full, crumbing the table, and resetting between courses were also fantastic. We always enjoy being greeted by Jimmy when we enter and appreciate him stopping by our table to inquire our experience. Chef's food preparation, presentation, and sequencing was very well thought out. The dishes certainly complimented each other and attention to detail was obvious. Experiencing the food, as Chef intended, was a delight to the palette. We've been to this restaurant a number of times and it's always a spectacular culinary and service experience. Every visit is a reminder to what the culinary world should be and, personally, revives my respect and appreciation the experience the front and back of house do to create a more than memorable experience for the patron. Can't wait to return!

We love going to Culinary Dropouts and always feel special when we go. We had Hannah, one of our favorite servers. She is on top of everything and does her job with poise and grace. The hostesses always greet us as though we are movie stars. We love everything about this restaurant. That is why we go two to three times a week! Yay, we love Culiary Dropouts.
