Best Live Music Restaurants in Polaris

Burrata appetizer was delicious. Wedge salads were tasty and large. Birria tacos were good too. Attentive service. I’ll definitely come back.

Valentines' day was our first time at Liberty Tavern-Polaris. Our Server was top shelf, this is the server everyone wants on Valentines Day. Food was top shelf, they had a special three course meal that was outstanding, "hats off to the Chef for coming up with excellent choices, the desert was to die for. No issues to report. The noise level was a bit more than we expected, however it was not a deal breaker at all. We will be back.

Went to this restaurant on a whim and very glad I discovered it! Boot food and service were great, restaurant was clean and quiet and prices were very reasonable. My burger was cooked perfect. Table nearby was having a birthday and staff went above and beyond for them which was great to see. Would definitely recommend!

Love the new bar area - although it is too loud and hard to hear the bands play. It would be nice if you could add some sound absorption material in the room. Maybe some speakers distributed at a lower volume in the room would be helpful.

The staff at this location was fantastic. The restaurant was decorated, and the food was as expected. But the service was outstanding. We loved all the little extras that we were given like candy, and heart-shaped seed packet. We will definitely come again!
