Best Live Music Restaurants in Paterson

Food was fantastic, awesome vibe, the live piano band was great, my only complaint: as the great Jerry Seinfeld would say “they know how to take the reservation; but they don’t how to hold the reservation”, they definitely gave my 7pm reservation table away and we had to wait 45 min extra to be seated (that’s not acceptable) …plus after graciously waiting they seated me in back room where’s there’s no atmosphere (make sure you request main dining room where all the energy is)…once again, it happens nothing is perfect, but you would think that after making me wait 45 minutes they would at least have the courtesy to give me a good table or comp me a drink, but nothing…waitress has great, but front of the house needs work.

The food was absolutely outstanding. We indulged in the Lamb Chops, Sea Bass, Spanakopita, and Crab Cakes. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, bursting with rich, savory flavor. The Sea Bass was incredibly tender, enveloped in a delicate tomato and onion sauce that elevated the dish beautifully. The Spanakopita was wrapped in a perfectly crisp, flaky crust and was utterly delicious. The Crab Cakes were exceptional, with a delightful balance of flavor and texture. The service was top-notch; the staff demonstrated a deep knowledge of the menu and could expertly describe each dish with enthusiasm. However, our only minor concern was that the staff seemed to hover a bit too closely, almost watching our every move. While we truly appreciated their attentiveness, it did create a slightly uncomfortable and overly attentive atmosphere. Be aware that there is not a lot of vegetarian options.

Again, no disappointment. Couldn't get in for New Year's Eve. However, I was there Friday and had the most amazing dinner and drinks. Not to mention awesome customer service and ambience. I mentioned this before, their cuisine is the closest I can be to the Amalfi coast. Molto bene!!!

We dined at Spiga last week and decided to return this week with different companions. We were accommodated being seated at the exact table we requested. The atmosphere was very nice as usual. The wait staff was friendly but there were a few mistakes with our order. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
