From the elegance of the decor, to the exceptional and friendly wait staff, nothing was left or wanting. The food was really really good. I love that this chef had such knowledge of Italian cuisine and the pairing of food on each plate was perfection. My burrata and beet salad was divine. All the servers were young adults - maybe in their late teens or early 20s. Our server Rueben was amazing. Very polite, professional and courteous. Truly giving us the experience we would have expected at a higher end restaurant like Noble. Hats off to whoever trained the staff at Noble and the Prince of Wales Hotel. GREAT job.
