- RReginaRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoStir never disappoints. I typically go to the Raleigh location, which is awesome. The Charlotte one was just as great. Our server, G was amazing and very personable. She provided stellar service while also chatting and engaging with us the entire time. We had a wonderful time and will always keep Stir as a staple.More infoSTIR CharlottePrice: Moderate• American• Southend•4.5
- GGregVIPCharlotte •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOwner of Orosoko here. Had a large party birthday dinner last night and everyone enjoyed themselves. Great food (the empanadas were stellar!) and the servers and hostesses did an excellent job on a very busy night. The live music was a great touch. Glad we’re neighbors!More infoMuraya RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Southend•4.4
- QQuincyGreensboro / Winston Salem / Highpoint •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis place truly has something for everyone. First off, the space is massive, with plenty of seating to accommodate parties of all sizes. It’s also kid-friendly, though on a Friday night, the crowd was mostly adults, making it perfect for a date night. On this visit, we started with the pretzel bites with cheese dip and the tomato soup as appetizers—both were excellent. For our entrees, we tried the steak frites and the 36-hour ribs. The ribs were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone, and the jalapeño molasses BBQ sauce was a standout. Don’t worry if you’re not a fan of spice—the sauce wasn’t spicy, just flavorful. As much as we wanted to try the monkey bread with vanilla ice cream for dessert, we were too full to even think about it! Our server, Angel, made the experience even better. He walked us through the menu, offering personal recommendations that added a great touch. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, the service was top-notch, and we left very impressed.More infoCulinary Dropout - CharlottePrice: Moderate• American• Southend•4.5
- KKatieCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis restaurant was phenomenal, probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in Charlotte in years. Food and service were amazing. Menu was amazing. The halibut large plate dish and the octopus small plate are both dishes that I will be thinking about and craving for the rest of my life. The holiday themed cocktail menu were so balanced and overall served beautifully. Highly highly recommend and will most definitely be back!More infoMariposaPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Uptown•4.4
