CELEBRATING 54 YEARSThe Old Stove Pub is a Hamptons Classic Steakhouse. Originally opened in 1967 as a Pub, then in 1969 The Old Stove Pub transformed into a Greek Restaurant and Steakhouse. The Old Stove Pub has been closed for several years and completed extensive renovations and restoration. The process took over a year to complete, while also keeping much of the original detail and charm. Re-opened in July of 2020, the Old Stove Pub is now considered one of the best restaurants in the Hamptons, not only for the food, but for our friendly and welcoming service.We offer outdoor dining in our HUGE tent, front patio, dinner inside and a reduced capacity, and Bar Seating.     My husband and I dined at Calissa for the first time this past Sunday. The restaurant was nice and warm when we came in from the cold. We were greeted warmly. The restaurant is beautiful and inviting. We ordered from the prix fixe menu. There were many great choices offered and the food was plentiful and excellently prepared. The staff were very attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back.

    My husband and I ate a lovely dinner here before a show at the Bay Street Theater (btw they offer discount if you show the your tickets!). It was super quiet, there was literally no one in the restaurant for a good hour after we were seated. We ordered a couple of drinks which we enjoyed. The salads were both good and the mains were delicious. I had short ribs and my hubs had filet mignon. We did wait a good bit for our entrees but we had time and the ambience was so nice and relaxing we didn’t mind. By the time we left, the bar below us was getting a bit raucous but again it was not an issue. Just shows people we’re having fun! We decided that we will come next summer and stay the weekend.
