During the last one hundred years it has been, at one time or another, home to various taverns, restaurants and even back room gambling for railroaders. This was a special evening for our 40th anniversary, and the Beaver Creek Chophouse did a wonderful job of making it special for us. Beautiful view from the dining room and an outstanding meal with great service.

Can't say enough about how great of a time we had at The Saloon! The food was fantastic, the margaritas are every bit as good as I heard they were and the service was excellent. Plus, it has such a cool vibe. The hostess, Mary, truly made our night with all of her tips for visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

I love Buffalo's, it feels like a very nice casual place to eat after a day skiing. Still, I think that it is overpriced for what it is. The food is great, but I would simply not order any of the options above $40 to eat at a casual restaurant in the mountains. Not even NYC is that expensive.
