Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Upper East Side

Great service, great location, and great food! We will be back!

My experience with the management staff person, Jennifer, was over and above!! We had a reservation for 7 in the dining area, but when we arrived, we were escorted to a high-top table in the bar area. Jennifer got involved and was able to secure a wonderful table in the dining room within a few minutes. My grandchildren, daughter, friend and I all had a delicious lunch. All the restaurant personnel provided excellent customer service and are to be complimented.

Food was great! Delicious waffles. We sat inside because it was cold, but the patio looked really pretty. I had to ask a few times for maple syrup and more coffee, but it was overall a good experience, and I would eat there again.

We visited the Hard Rock Café in New York to celebrate my son's birthday, and the experience was truly remarkable. From the beginning, everything was perfectly organized. Our table was reserved as requested, and we were called to occupy it exactly at the scheduled time. Our server, Melissa, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed to make the celebration special. The food was outstanding, meeting the high standards we have come to expect from Hard Rock. Every dish was delicious and served promptly. Additionally, the atmosphere was incredible. We spent our time in a vibrant, enjoyable environment with a perfect selection of music that added to the celebratory mood. Congratulations to the Hard Rock Café team for their excellent work. We look forward to returning soon for another memorable experience!

It was a very sweet start to the new year with nutella crepes! Delicious and enough sugar for 2025.
