"Betts" is a tribute to Elizabeth Schofield, wife of Captain Levi Schofield and our namesake. Betts is inspired by American dishes we all know and love but reinvented with a thoughtful approach. The menu focuses on freshness, quality and whole foods put out from a predominantly scratch kitchen.
