A&B Burgers is one of those restaurants, one that has transitioned into a dining scene based around hospitality, creative menus and a space driven by the energy of the bar. Not everyone feels like eating a burger and with that in mind, we built a menu that offers options for those times. We have guests who have been dining with us for 8 years now and have never eaten one of our award-winning burgers, instead, they enjoy sharing a few small plates to start and then order entrees with a bottle of wine. Just because we are so well known for our award-winning burgers doesn’t mean that’s all we do well. You’ll need to come in and experience this for yourselves and we promise you it will be worth it!veryone isn’t looking for the same casual restaurant experience that is so common these days. Even though Post is a new name for most of us, it has been an important part of South Hamilton history since 1924. The historic building at 16 Bay Rd. was home to the South Hamilton Post Office, and a place for residents to send and pick up letters. In response to the Great Depression, and a drop in the postage rate (from three cents to 2 cents), the Postmaster added more opportunities for residents to pick up their mail. At Post, which at the time was known as “the brick block building”, letters were piled on a table, and a bell was rung to let residents know that they could come and retrieve their mail. Keeping with that tradition, guests of Post will have an opportunity to “Ring the Bell”, which signifies that they have bought a beer for our hard working kitchen and waitstaff. Whether you are coming in to dine with family and friends, grabbing a drink and an appetizer, or picking up takeout on the way home, Post is here for you – rain or shine.

    Outstanding experience! A frequent diner, infrequent reviewer, but a well-deserved review is due! First time here - reso’s a cinch, were seated promptly, interior so cozy & warm, tables well spaced with large, pretty bar area. Menu selection refined and well-varied (a personal fave). Appetizer (roasted beets), 2 meals (seared tuna, salmon), dessert (flourless chocolate cake) all outstanding in creativity , flavor, presentation, size - just perfect! Our waitress, Hillary, was also outstanding - attentive & helpful. Nothing to alter here, they’ve got it right - a wonderful experience.

    Wonderful food. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Big shout out to Aaron! Seated quickly with a 6:15 reservation. It got busy quickly after that but no chaos. Next time I may just have the onion dip and homemade chips for dinner! Very tasty. Third time, will be going again. Becoming our favorite place!
