Excellent Meal and Atmosphere... very attentive staff. Recommend highly.

This was our second time dining here, and it was as outstanding as the first. We shared the raviolo appetizer, which was wonderfully tasty. Both the pork chop and the rockfish were perfectly cooked and well paired with creative sides. We shared a pear dessert - a lovely, creamy caramel mousse topped with sweet pears and candied pecans. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

We had a great time! Allen was very knowledgeable and checked on us. He meet all of our needs and was a great waiter! We look forward to to going back.

We ate at Firebirds in Collegeville tonight. The food preparation was right on. Our server was Cynthia and she was outstanding. We dine at Firebirds at least a couple of times a month and the food and service is always excellent.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration. The service was so attentive and even decorated a cake that we brought in! Food was outstanding!!! Charcoal flame cooked was better than others who use gas flame! I recommend going for late lunch, 2-3pm. All the same food, half the price, and so filling we didn't need dinner. Cocktails were made with fresh squeezed fruit!! Highly recommend for both meat lovers and vegetarian, as the cold bar is filled with wonderful veggies and salad. They also provide plantains, mashed potatoes, fries and another vegetable at the table. Oh, and these amazing cheese puff bread! You MUST go!
