November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Her northern style cooking has opened America into the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang.     Amazing! My second trip there this year. It's some of the best Thai food I have ever had. I had a daily special, lamb chops, with roasted vegetables and peppercorn sauce that was delicious. I could eat a full bowl of the veggies! I also had the upside down pineapple cake for dessert that, despite the rock hard ice cream initially (it softens as it melts) that was a great gooey salty sweet combination. The peanuts were perfect as both salt and crunch. Atmosphere is lovely. It can be loud, is on the pricey side, but quite worth it for Thai.

    Dinner was delicious.We ordered the Don lasagna and Santucci with meatballs. Everything was made from scratch. The secret entrance experience was one of a kind. Tell him the secret password. The ambiance is dark with candles on every table. The singer was entertaining and interacted with all the patrons. He takes requests. They celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and even a couple and small party had just gotten married. It was fabulous. I will say that it is hard keeping a conversation while he's singing, but we came for entertainment so that did not apply to us. I will going back on my next trip to Vegas.

    Great venue. Lively restaurant. Would not recommend if looking for more of a quiet environment. Food came out fast and was delicious. Wait staff and management very attentive. Bathroom could have used a little more attention. Paper towels were overflowing in the receptacle. Water fixture had build up. Being in maintenance, I notice these things. Everything counts. It's all about the overall experience not just the food.

    We LOVE Pizza Rock. We have never been disappointed and everything from the Pizzas to the lasagna to chicken parm is always excellent. The Italian chopped salad is an absolute must. The sauce is amazing and the location at Green Valley resort is spot on. I highly recommend Pizza Rock.

    Awesome dinner. Feel bad about giving 4 for service. Their bartender quit. So the Chef owner had to mix our 2 rounds of cocktails - keeping us waiting. The hostess and servers were wonderful. Food is exceptional. Salmon skin tacos are a must!
