Service was outstanding as usual. Recommendations were very thoughtful, especially the wine. Learned that the manager has been there 17 years working his way up. This really demonstrates the level of commitment by staff and ownership. The entire staff are engaging and work hard to make you feel at home. It’s an old building but extremely clean. Even the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Suggestions: I really don’t have any.

Pita with the garlic,Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar was delish and light alternative to rolls. Really liked. Old Fashion was top notch. Main dinners Kabobs were delish, Filet medallions were cooked perfect, Lobster & Steak dinner was very good also. Lobster was seasoned. Service was fantastic, very attentive

Love eating in the igloos at Fiamme; glad they kept a few of them from the covid years. It's a lovely way to have a quieter dinner and focus on each other and the food. Our waitress last night was super sweet; we didn't wait for anything; food was hot; drinks were wonderful. The Bacon Marmalade wood-fired pizza is amazing!

The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The sides, especially the [specific side you enjoyed], complemented the meal beautifully. And don’t even get me started on the desserts—they were the perfect sweet finale! What truly sets Eddie Merlot’s apart is the attention to detail. Hugo’s was packed last night. We were seated a few minutes late but we ended up in a booth. The server and staff did a great job with attention to detail. The staff was completely on game. The general manager stopped and chatted a bit despite an estimated 860 reservations for the night. The sautéed frog legs and escargot were prepared to perfection. We all ordered fish dinners with each cooked perfectly and served hot. All things excellent!
