My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted. The food was outstanding, and the service was top top notch! Kudos to our busboy Louis, one of the hardest working people I have met, and our waiter Jorge and waitress Catherine! All of these staff members were very hardworking, professional and friendly and made our experience exceptional. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything.
