Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Port Moody

I rarely do reviews good or bad, unless something during my visit was exceptional. Whether it be the food or the service or both. We usually go to The Keg in Coquitlam but we moved and this Keg is closer to us. I haven’t been to this one in 30 years. All the staff were very nice and took a few minutes to chat. Our server Nadia was great. She was friendly and very attentive. My steak was a bit under cooked for my preference and she took care of it. Then she followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Taylor, the dining room manager brought me my dinner when it was ready and genuinely apologized. He went beyond our expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my meal and with our dining experience. We enjoyed our visit. From the friendly staff, our attentive server, Nadia, and Taylor going beyond the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent too. Will definitely go back again!

This was a wonderful date night for us. The food was so delicious, steak cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée was amazing. Our server was so kind and was really helpful regarding my partner’s peanut allergy. Only complaint is the music was a tad loud and lights a little too dimmed but overall the ambiance was nice.

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

Earls did not disappoint love our waitress Satah & the staff and the food. Top notch restaurant . The calamari was weighed incorrectly and the Sarah our waitress was so kind , she notified the manager. They sent out another calamari. We did not get billed for it. We also had the nice surprise of dessert, so nicely displayed. Coutesy of Earls. They made our Valentines special. The ambience and promot service was amazing.

Joey Coquitlam is the perfect place to meet friends and catch up. The food is great, the staff are even better. They check in often without making you feel like you are being rushed to leave.
