- DDavidCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoExcellent lunch experience before show at Aronoff. Received very nice service from reception desk and our server, Eliza. I enjoyed Manhattan perfectly made to my specifics. My husband was most pleased with his bowl of burgoo and pot roast meal. I was very pleased with my bowl of burgoo and Caesar salad. Eliza promptly corrected misunderstanding with my salad. Price was appropriate for quality of food & drink. Recommend reservations for about two hours before show time. Pace here is more on par with dining in Europe which my husband and I appreciated.More infoNicholson's Fine Food & Whisk(e)yPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Central Business District•4.6

Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! Perfect place for special occasion dinner!!!More infoShires' RooftopPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Cincinnati•4.5
