Historically inspired but forward thinking food and drink menus feature fresh ingredients from near and far, while the comfortable space meets the needs and passing fancies of residents, workers and visitors alike. Committee draws inspiration from the modern day “ouzeri,” a casual meeting spot that can be found throughout Greece. It’s the kind of welcoming place where people get together to talk, relax, and bond over a fresh-made meal. Greeks know that delicious food sets the stage for a great meeting—whether you’re discussing a business deal or simply catching up with old friends. Committee, conceived by a Greek chef, embraces this tradition. Committee veers from the expected by designing its menu around “Meze”—a culinary concept that encourages people to sample and share. Our creative chefs prepare small sharable plates that are brought to the table throughout the meal, allowing diners to experience a wide range of dishes featuring only the freshest local ingredients. If unforgettable food, a fun crowd, and an electric urban scene are on your agenda, the consensus is Committee.

Trade was a wonderful experience last night. The menu was an excellent presentation of Greek and mediterranean options done in a traditional yet unique way. Not every restaurant is capable of creating traditional dishes with a different twist, but Trade can. We had the octopus, the spanakopita and greek salad to share as starters. The portions are not big, but the value is in the ingredients that made each dish fresh and mouthwatering. They are common dishes in Greece but Trade elevates them. I could not wait to try the vegetarian moussaka. The dish was one I woke forget. Chefs did a beautiful job using herbs, lentils, eggplants, potatoes and the yummy bechamel sauce to create the wonderful flavours. My husband ordered the meatballs and they were filled with excellent flavor. My daughter ordered the falafel bowl that was a great dish if you are looking for a cold meal and veggie heavy. Her boyfriend ordered the chicken that he devoured without a morsel left. How did we even have room for dessert?? We ordered loukoumades that was enough for the table. traditional little yummy greek donuts with small scoops of vanilla ice cream dispersed among them Last but not least-excellent service!!!! Bravo!! I enjoyed the ambiance at Trade-it felt like a very special evening. Thank you to Trade and staff

Wonderful place to kick off the New Year with their NYD Brunch! We've been here for the brunch before but this was our first NYD experience. The food was solid. We had a sticky bun and biscuits with jam to start that were off the charts. The kids mac and cheese was top notch and the drinks were A+! Both of the two orders of Eggs Benedict we ordered had over cooked yokes and not enough hollandaise sauce, but they were tasty and our server brought extra sauce on request. Speaking of our server, Hannah was awesome and always attentive to our needs. She really put the experience over the top! We will definitely be back both for the weekend brunch and on New Year's Day 2026!
