Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous Fried Chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas.     Flavorful display of beautiful South American tapas style cuisine! Wagyu steak tartare, grilled octopus, and Brandt farms flat iron steak were among some of my favorites. The cocktails are delicious and beautifully garnished! I recommend the sangria! We will definitely be back to try the next “what the chef is eating” lineup!

    staff was super nice! it was super super busy up until close for valentines day and most everyone had apparently been working doubles or close to. our chef had been at work for 14 hours and was still super kind and friendly! i was surprised to only wait 10 min to be sat considering how busy it was. our server was very attentive and polite. the manager stopped by our group to say thank you and happy valentines day. very welcoming environment! i hope everyone got enough breaks and time to breathe <3

    We had a really memorable dinner with our 12 year old daughter who loved the pizza. The menu variety offered something for everyone. The preparation of the gnocchi (2 large rather than the smaller finger-sized) was a neat and delicious twist and the skirt steak was cooked perfectly. Our server had spot-on wine recommendations that paired nicely with our meals. Excited for a return visit.
