Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Centennial Park

The reviews I had read did no justice to the outstanding level of service and cuisine we experienced at Songbird last night with a party of six. Exceptional produce beautifully cooked. Stand-outs were piping hot dumplings with a delicate skin and bouncy interior, sesame prawn toast, beautifully balanced crab omelette and conpoy and lup cheong fried rice. The crisp skin chicken was voted the best we all had ever had - a must order. Mr Wongs had the monopoly of fine Cantonese food in Sydney up until now. The baton, has now been well and truly been passed to Songbird. Can’t wait to return.

Nice venue with spectacular vista. Services were acceptable although it was a very busy night. Food quality was average. Worth a try if you haven’t been, but not a place I would return repeatedly.

Celebrating our sister’s 60th birthday with family and friends at Margaret was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was incredible - and a lot of it! And the service was friendly and flawless. I absolutely loved the atmosphere at The Grounds. The decor is stunning, and the ambience makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. They’ve put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment. The service stood out for me. It was the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, which made the whole experience even better. Everything about The Grounds—from the decor to the overall vibe—felt thoughtful and inviting. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy excellent service.
