Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Alpha, New Jersey

The food was amazing. The variety of choices was excellent too! I made another reservation for next month with my girlfriends. I’m sure they will enjoy it as much as I did!

The food and service were excellent and we were thrilled to learn our server Kali is also the pastry chef! We had the best crème brûlée we have ever eaten, along with an amazing espresso chocolate cake. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. They accommodated us even though we were a half hour early. They also brought out generous carrot cake slices for the 2 birthdays we were celebrating. Original drinks, extensive wine menu, the most delicious food and exceptional service. The food is fresh, meat is unbelievably tender and cooked to your perfection and taste. All sides are prepared and served beautifully, made to perfection. Wonderful experience each time I’ve been here whether sitting at the bar, on the bar side or dining room. Highly recommend. We stop in every time we come to visit the area. Sometimes twice.

Unbelievable dinner for Christmas Eve. I could not have asked for nor received a better experience. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. Our waitress (I hate that I have forgotten her name) was perfect. She was on top of everything, food came out on time and perfectly cooked, checked in on just enough but not too much. This is what I expect from Blue and always get it. If you ever have a chance to go to this restaurant make sure you do.

It was my boyfriend’s and I’s anniversary dinner. It was amazing! We were only able to schedule a late reservation but they still gave us superb hospitality. For an appetizer we got the fried calamari. My boyfriend got the salmon special which was delicious and I got the Chicken Parmesan. To end the evening we had a coffee cheesecake which was out of this world! Our server was amazing as well.
