Then had wagyu dumplings, which were pan seared and crispy on the outside. The sushi was extremely fresh and very light. Thin coat of rice so you can actually taste the sushi instead of tasting only rice. Can't wait to go back. It was exactly as I remembered it from the ambiance, service and taste/quality of foods. He is not a major beef/steak eater but he tried almost everything and was satisfied. He LOVED the salmon and our waiter ensured they kept serving him that. I had a favorite cut of meat but I honestly don’t remember what it was called because so much is served so quickly if you don’t flip your card! The drinks were a bit pricey(2 cocktails, singles, were roughly $50). A complimentary cheesecake was provided to him for his birthday and our waiter offered to sing Happy Birthday with me, a nearby table also joined in so it was cute and appreciated! Michael served it perfectly. He was super attentive and friendly. When we asked for the check a bit too quickly so catch of a singer at a piano bar, he gave us a dessert menu to let us know what we were missing and then checked us out right away.
