I usually gat a chance to enjoy my salad and then flip over my card that tells the meat servers when I am ready for meat. The restaurant was not very busy. So almost immediately after I returned from the salad buffet the carvers were at our table of 10. Due to me liking to take my time and eat it felt a little rushed but that’s just my opinion.
