Best Historic Restaurants in The Orleans Hotel & Casino

This will most likely be a one and done experience. The six courses is a great idea, the shrimp, soup, chicken and beef were all excellent… the tower of bread and hummus was very bland. The mint tea at the end was delightful. We probably won’t be back, but the experience was great! The atmosphere was also very intimate, but sometimes the music was a bit loud. When the waiter brought the bill out to my husband, I was in the bathroom. The bill was on a tablet and when I asked our waiter how to go back and look at it. He said “oh we can do that later once it’s printed.” The point was I wanted to see whether or not the tip was already included. Then he stood behind us as we were inputting The tip on the tablet , I believe he should’ve walked away at that point . That irritated me and made it seem like a tip was expected whether or not we liked the service . Granted we did like everything else, but Other than that, the experience was great. 

We had a reservation for 7PM, got sat within five minutes of the reservation time. They were turning all walk ins away because they were completely booked. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter Alfred was charming and diligent, everything just as we asked and checked in on us every time we were served (we ordered a lot of dim sum). The woman helping to refill waters and bus the tables was a complete machine, my water was never empty and watching her clear our dishes and the tables around us was truly impressive. We went for food of the highest quality, but what really makes me want to go back is the service we received. My girlfriend and I agreed that it probably was the best dining experience we’ve ever had.

Our 1st time since moving to Vegas over 3 years ago. I placed a reservation about a month ago for Valentine's Day. Tight parking but we were lucky enough to find an open spot right away. We were seated in a small quiet corner to the right of the hostess station. Plenty busy. My husband didn't mind the tight fit however being able to accommodate all of our food was a challenge. Servers helping one another is great. We had to wait a long time to get a water refill. Wine was very good. Reading the menu was also a bit challenging on the wall as I had a glare from where I was sitting. Wonderful Lobster ravioli special was out of this world! My husband had the Steak Caruso. He gave the waitress the wrong dish name and when he changed it she made a bit of a face before turning around to change his order. It was only a few secs when he changed it but I guess that was still a bit of an issue. The person who seated us just said, you're going to sit right here. Ok. Larger parties came in and that changed to have a great dinner everyone! I would have loved that same energy when we came in. At the end of dinner I was boxing everything which was challenging due to our table being so small instead of helping another waitress just reached over me to place our cappuccinos down and kept walking. My husband just looked at me a bit taken back at how it felt like get them in and get them out kind of feeling. Our server saw me struggling and came to assist. Over all the food is exceptional. I could see and feel how hard everyone was working to help one another and keep the food warm. The dishes come out w several orders including yours at the same time. It's not like your food is coming by your server one table at a time. They bring out a huge server on wheels w several orders from other tables on it. It comes out all at once. But it's as I mentioned to get that one on one do you need any water? Kind of feeling would be nice.

Was greeted by a very friendly host .. waiter and his staff was right on.. I had chocolate raspberry martini amazing!! Our crab cake was fabulous salads were great always nice to make it as you like it at the table I had the seafood appetizer for dinner was excellent my husband had lamb was also excellent and of course we had to have cherry jubilee’s yummy yummy..

Food and service was very good and noise was good
