The wait staff was very attentive, was well-versed in the menu and could make recommendations, and very pleasant. Food was good and portions were large enough that three out of four diners had leftovers. We treated ourselves to dessert, including the strawberry schaum torte, chocolate mousse pie, and apple strudel. The chocolate mousse was the best and I highly recommend. The others were good, but the mousse stood out. I thought the prices were reasonable for what we ordered and look forward to going back soon. - MmarkvipWisconsin •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis has become my second favorite restaurant in the Third Ward. The service is outstanding at the bar and while eating and the noise level make it easy to talk with the people you are with. People of all ages eating there, so very fun. The menu is exactly what you expect and the ribeye is as good as it gets. Medium rare was the exact temperature our server suggested.More infoThe EdisonPrice: Expensive• American• Milwaukee•4.6
- VVeronica MvipWisconsin •334 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe love that Safina's is a family-owned and operated restaurant. The service is impressive. Mariana, the Server, was friendly and helpful. Mr. Giovanni Safina and his son, Sal, were attentive, ensuring our satisfaction. The food is excellently prepared and delicious. The Calamari Fritti was fresh ( too many places serve it rubbery) and perfectly breaded and seasoned. Giovanni's Veal Colleta is a favorite. The Tiramisu is the perfect end to a pleasurable dining experience. This restaurant is a GEM, and we highly recommend dining at Safina's.More infoSafinaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Milwaukee•4.8
