It is located at 22 Upper Baggot Street in Dublin 4 on the banks of the Grand canal beside the Aviva and RDS Stadium. It is situated on a beautiful Victorian street with lots of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and many of Dublin’s most famous historic pubs.Don’t worry about the weather, in our Secret Garden, we have you covered rain or shine. Join us for outdoor dining underneath one of our canopies. We also have heaters for when it gets a bit chilly. It’s a funky space with beautiful Italian furniture, blended with some traditional church pews, festoon lighting and stunning graffiti artwork by Subset. My young family and my wife and I had a beautiful experience in The Lord Mayors Lounge at the Shelbourne. Service was very attentive, warm and friendly, particular credit goes to Johanna, who was very friendly to our two young children. There was a slight glitch with your booking, which Imelda, the duty manager, dealt with very well - the kitchen was very accommodating to us also. Overall, a very pleasant experience and looking forward to our next visit already. Strongly recommended

Never a bad experience. We frequent DB every time we are in Dublin. The experience is always satisfying. We had dinner reservations for a Friday night (highly recommended). Quick to seat and serve us. Delicious food. Great drinks and the staff is always friendly. Will return. Family of four adults.

I always loved Chez Max. The staff are really friendly & helpful and the restaurant feels very French. The menu is simple but everything is done well. Nice selection of wines too. Price is really good value.
