SakiTumi boasts an authentic menu, with both fresh sushi (we have tuna overnighted from Hawaii) and flavorful grill items. Located in the heart of the Vista, we are down a quaint alleyway in a historic building that used to house the production of Model T fords.Awarded "Best Sushi Restaurant" by the readers of the State newspaper, we continue our ethics of quality by ordering fresh, #1 ahi tuna along with salmon, butterfish and more. Our flavorful grill items include a variety of hibachi-style plates, tacos and even a Wagyu beef burger. Serving Columbia as a local, independent restaurant since 2006, we have made friends and family from all over the southeast and continue to provide delicious food in a casual, upbeat and energetic atmosphere. Music videos or sports are playing on our large tv's behind the bar, and we have a nice collection of wine and speciality drinks to compliment our food. We invite you to get fresh with us anytime.

Took my team here for dinner and we had a great time. The food was excellent the only thing that wasn’t top tier was the service. To her defense she had entire area by herself and was working very hard to accommodate everyone. Maybe should get the waitress more help on a busy Friday night she she isn’t so overwhelmed.

Tonight we celebrated two friend’s birthdays at Prohibition. It was our first time here and the experience did not disappoint. The atmosphere was rustic, inviting and very clean. There are two large sitting areas and plenty of room at the bar while you’re waiting on a table (if you don’t have reservations). The manager, bartender and our server (Katie)were all very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We had the cherry sour, old fashion and carolina wren. This is a tapas style restaurant. We shared the charred wings, shrimp fried rice, Brussel sprouts and the pierogies. All phenomenal. For dessert we had the lemon poundcake. We enjoyed our experience tonight and will definitely return!
