Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. Everything was excellent, we only had one problem with the person at the reception when we arrived, she was not at all friendly or looking for options, we reserved to be inside due to the cold weather, through open tables, and she refused to acknowledge that it was like that, we had to call a manager and show him the application where it was specified, but we had a very unpleasant and tense moment, we were a group for my daughter's birthday

Wonderful New Years meal dry-aged ribeye flemings potatoes and brussels sprouts with bacon. Accompanied by a bottle of Villa Antinori and finished with the Olive Cake. Our server was absolutely delightful.
