Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Food and service was as always, exceptional I just wish they would use a proper ice cube when making and old fashioned drink. My only complaint. But otherwise it’s always a superb experience as a loyal customer! Pork chop was and is always phenomenal!

Steaks were great! I can't remember any restaurant with better steaks than Daniel's. Wedge salad was perfect as was the shrimp salad. Service was good, attentive, but not overbearing. I just could not think of a place that was better for a steak.

Went for Valentine’s dinner. Had small misunderstanding on one order, but was quickly corrected. Staff was extremely charming and friendly. Had risotto with halibut and steak and lobster. The steak was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

We love Jack’s. It’s true Texas barbque that always delivers. We tried the steaks and Cesar and they were delicious. We’ve also taken their smoking classes and they are well worth the time!
