Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi. Following two decades of training in Tokyo, chef Inoue made his name in New York's restaurant scene, as chef of his eponymous Inoue, Kosaka and two residencies of Kosaka Miami. Good and service was great. Our waiter, I think his name is Stafford, was fantastic. Loved the restaurant. Only complaint would be … the music is a little loud. We had to strain to hear and repeat what we were saying.
