We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. We had the king salmon, the cioppino and the lamb shank. All 3 entrees were very flavorful and nicely plated. For dessert we shared the donuts and cinnamon ice cream. Both were enjoyable.
