- OTOpenTable DinerAustin •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOverall loved it and highly recommend. We did the 4 course dinner and wine paring. The choices could appeal to anyone's food taste and the wine paring was amazing. Our waiter was the restaurant's Sommelier and he was so knowledgeable in regards to how the wine would enhance the food, which made the experience especially enjoyable. The churro dessert was especially delicious and the pao de quejo bread a delight to me having lived in Brasil. My father loved his main course of stuffed pork chop. I ordered the sea bass and it was good but not perfect being a little salty and underwhelming in the other flavors. I say this as a foodie who has eaten at a lot of Michelin star restaurants. I still highly recommend this for a unique and wonderful culinary experience in the springs and a good value.More infoFour by Brother LuckPrice: Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.6
- AAngelaVIPDenver / Colorado •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA little difficult to find if you aren’t familiar with the area, as it is tucked in the back of the building. The food and service are amazing. Top notch. It’s a small and intimate atmosphere. The owners and chef run the entire show, and the intimacy of the entire experience is so welcoming in today’s environment of “big”. The chef visited our table before ordering to ask if we had questions, and made recommendations. We had Chicken Kiev and the Branzino. Both were absolutely fantastic. I cannot even think of a suggestion to improve them in any way. One of the owners makes the desserts herself, and we chose the chocolate espresso mousse. It was not overly sweet, and the perfect size for sharing, to top off an amazing dinner. I also tried the Femme Fatale cocktail, which was light, with a twist of sweet. Perfect pairing for seafood. Highly recommend Evergreen for a delicious meal where you want to be able to enjoy conversation, in a setting that feels high end without being stuffy.More infoEvergreen RestaurantPrice: Moderate• European• Colorado Springs•4.6

- CCarolAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Nov 2024Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.4
