- KKaitlynCharlotte •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy husband and I went to Finial for our 5th Anniversary dinner. From the moment we were sat at our table, we had phenomenal service. Our server was energetic and funny. He had great recommendations for each course. My husband had the Lobster Bisque to start with and then the Lobster, Shrimp and Grits for his entree. I had the (Furniture) Market Salad and then the Bronzini and “Shell”. Our server recommended getting the cornbread starter to go with our meal and it was an excellent recommendation. We finished the night with the Mocha Crème Brûlée. Everything was great and we had no complaints about anything we ate.More infoFinial Restaurant at GrandoverPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• Greensboro•4.4

- OTOpenTable DinerDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Green Valley Grill is just wonderful! We stopped by on our way back to Durham after visiting the Christmas light show at Kersey Valley Farms. I had been wanting to take my husband there after eating lunch with friends on a Greensboro day trip. The food did not disappoint, and the cocktails were some of the best we've ever had. We enjoyed a selection of small plates, and the crab-spinach dip was especially good, with the lovely sharp cheese balancing the slightly sweet crab and fresh spinach. The only hitch is that it was VERY BUSY when we arrived, and we were seated in a remote corner of the bar instead of the main dining room, despite having reservations. No biggie, I've worked in the food industry, so I get it. Our server overlooked us for about 15 minutes, and we got pretty hungry. So, my husband spoke briefly to the GM about getting some food, and then they overwhelmed us with attention and gave us one of the small plates at no charge. This is how you turn customers into loyal patrons. We would drive to Greensboro just to have dinner here -- it's that good!More infoGreen Valley GrillPrice: Expensive• European• Greensboro•4.8
- RRonCoastal North Carolina •7 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Dec 2024We had reservations at 11:30 on Friday. At noon restaurant was packed. We got served quickly, very nice, friendly waitress Marinna. I had the lunch menu tenderloin medallions & potato petals. 2 others husband and our friend had filet mignon & potato petals. Every thing was delicious. Service was perfect, glad we arrived before the huge crowds. Definitely will go back. This was our first time at the Chop House. Had to ask what potato petals were, fancy for French fries but cut into looking like petals. Nice presentation!!More infoChop House at MendenhallPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• High Point•4.3
