There were 4 of us celebrating a very recent enjoyable event, and we had a really excellent experience.The duck confit, the lamb shank,the fishcake with poached egg and the celeriac steak were all totally delicious , as were our desserts; two of us had the pineapple carpaccio, shile my husband again chose his favourite, apple crumble and our other friend chose the sticky date pudding. Rounding off this delightful repast with their superb coffee just punt the icing on the care, if I may mix my metaphors.
